Bio

Hi everyone, my name is Laura and I live in East yorkshire in the UK. This is my journal to track my progress on LighterLife, a VLCD diet. I started the diet on 1st December 2007, weighing 15st 11lb. I'm hoping to get to somewhere near 10.5 - 11st by the time I finish, though am more bothered about size than weight!
